A Warm Greeting

There's something so sweet about the little moments we imagine happening on Christmas Eve.

In A Warm Greeting, Santa has just finished leaving the presents and is about to head out when a golden retriever comes over to say hello. And of course, Santa stops to give him a little attention.

I wanted this piece to have that warm, nostalgic Christmas feeling. The kind that takes you back to being a kid and imagining all the things that might happen while everyone is asleep.

I created this one-of-a-kind Christmas artwork with colored pencil and added acrylic paint for the final touches. I spent a lot of time on the tiny details, especially the dog's fur and Santa's expression. I hope it brings a little smile every time you see it.
